Buildings to lift the corporate soul

Prestigious buildings help to promote a corporate image, so believe the experts. Swiss Re became a household name in the UK after it built its London skyscraper. Impressive architecture can provide a fantastic environment for employees, says Peter Smith, vice-president of real estate and facilities at the Willis Group. He points out that people are proud to work at Willis Group’s Grade I-listed Foster building. Smith says the building remains, 32 years after it was built, a great place to work, a testament to the quality of its design.
