Prestige Group to Invest Rs 1,500 cr in Township

Realty major Prestige Group is set to invest Rs 1,500 crore in developing a premium township on a 275-acre plot located in proximity to Bangalore’s international airport. The premium township, called Prestige Golfshire, will have 225 luxury villas, apart from a luxury golf resort that overlooks an 18-hole, championship-sized golf course. The 300-room resort will be managed by hospitality giant Marriott International.
