Soaring Land Prices Forces Realtors out of Bangalore (KARNATAKA)

The influx of IT/ITeS professionals is seen as instrumental in driving the demand for residential property in Bangalore. Currently, residential real estate prices in Bangalore vary anywhere between 2,500 – 14,000 Rs/sq ft. In Mysore too, land prices have shot up significantly. The asking rate for land in the Mysore’s Outer Ring Road area is in the range of 1,200-3,000 Rs/ sq ft for converted land.
